product description
This UltraTech double-stackable IBC spill pallet lets you stack two IBC totes, one on top of the other, over a single 400-gallon containment sump. You get containment for two totes in the floor space of one.
The reinforced polyethylene structure is rated for 16,000 lb, enough for two full totes, and it resists rust and most chemicals.
With 400 gallons of sump capacity it can hold the full contents of a 330-gallon or 275-gallon IBC tote, which meets the EPA 40 CFR 264.175 sizing rule and supports an SPCC plan.
Good for
- 275- and 330-gallon IBC totes of chemicals, oils or coolants
- Tote dispensing stations in plants and warehouses
- Agricultural chemical and fertilizer storage
- Water treatment and cleaning chemical storage

Questions and answers
How much liquid does the UltraTech IBC Spill Pallet hold?
The sump holds 400 gallons. It is sized for two totes.
Does it meet EPA secondary containment requirements?
Yes. The 400-gallon sump holds more than the largest container on it, which is what the EPA 40 CFR 264.175 rule requires for a standard IBC tote. Your SPCC plan or local inspector has the final say for your site.
Does it have a drain plug?
No. This model has no drain, so everything you catch stays contained until you pump it out. A version with a drain plug is available if you need one.
Can I move it with a forklift?
It has no fork pockets. Position it empty, then load it in place.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, but rain will collect in an open sump and use up containment capacity. Under a roof or with a cover is best.
What size IBC totes fit?
It fits standard 275- and 330-gallon IBC totes.
