product description
This Eagle 6-drum modular spill pallet is a low-profile polyethylene deck that holds six 55-gallon drums over a 88-gallon containment sump. If a drum leaks, drips during dispensing or gets punctured, the liquid drops through the grating and stays in the sump instead of spreading across the floor or into a drain.
Eagle’s modular system lets you start small and grow: the units interlock, so you can begin with one or two drums and add modules as your storage needs change, without replacing what you already own. At only 6.5 inches tall, the deck keeps drums close to the floor, which makes loading easier.
With 88 gallons of sump capacity it can hold the entire contents of a full 55-gallon drum. That meets the EPA secondary containment sizing rule in 40 CFR 264.175 (the larger of 10% of the total volume stored or 100% of the largest container) for six drums, and it supports an SPCC plan.
Good for
- Oil, lubricant and hydraulic fluid drums in maintenance shops
- Chemical and solvent drums in warehouses and plants
- Waste oil and used-fluid collection areas
- Fleet garages, manufacturing lines and loading docks

Questions and answers
How much liquid does the Eagle 6-Drum Modular Spill Pallet hold?
The sump holds 88 gallons. It is sized for six drums.
Does it meet EPA secondary containment requirements?
Yes. The 88-gallon sump holds more than the largest container on it, which is what the EPA 40 CFR 264.175 rule requires for up to six drums. Your SPCC plan or local inspector has the final say for your site.
Does it have a drain plug?
No. This model has no drain, so everything you catch stays contained until you pump or absorb it out.
Can I move it with a forklift?
It has no fork pockets. Position it empty, then load it in place.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, but rain will collect in an open sump and use up containment capacity. Under a roof or with a cover is best.
