This UltraTech 4-tote outdoor modular IBC spill pallet is a connected containment system for four IBC totes. It ships as 4 pallets, 1 expansion tank and a weather cover, and the modules join with bulkhead fittings so all of them share one 365-gallon containment volume.

The weather cover keeps rain, snow and UV off the totes and out of the sump, so the full containment volume is ready for a real spill. The system is designed to grow: add pallets and expansion tanks later as your tote count rises.

With 365 gallons of sump capacity it can hold the full contents of a 330-gallon or 275-gallon IBC tote, which meets the EPA 40 CFR 264.175 sizing rule and supports an SPCC plan.

Yes. The 365-gallon sump holds more than the largest container on it, which is what the EPA 40 CFR 264.175 rule requires for a standard IBC tote. Your SPCC plan or local inspector has the final say for your site.

Does it have a drain plug?

No. This model has no drain, so everything you catch stays contained until you pump or absorb it out.

Can I move it with a forklift?

Yes, built-in fork pockets let you reposition it, even when loaded.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes. It is built for outdoor storage and keeps rain and snow out of the containment sump.
