The walls of this berm lie flat when it is dry, so vehicles and equipment drive right over them. When liquid enters, the walls rise on their own and form a containment basin. Place it under transformers, generator sets and fuel tanks for hands-off secondary containment.
Inside it measures 12 ft x 50 ft with 12-inch walls and holds up to 4,488 gallons. It is made of 22 oz, 24 mil PVC, a durable, lower-cost material that handles petroleum products, hydraulic fluid and common chemicals. It weighs about 265 lb. It helps facilities meet EPA 40 CFR 112.7 and SPCC secondary containment rules.
