These bilge booms soak up oil, diesel, gasoline and hydraulic fluid in the bilge and ignore the water, so the water you pump out is clean and no oily sheen goes overboard. They float even when saturated. Drop them into the bilge sump, lay them alongside the engine, or tuck them under fuel fittings and hydraulic lines.

The 8-inch diameter packs far more absorbent into each boom than slim bilge socks, which suits larger engine rooms, work boats and commercial bilges. Polypropylene filler sits inside durable mesh netting that holds up to repeated handling. They help boat owners and operators follow EPA and U.S. Coast Guard rules on oily discharge.
