This pipe sock slides inside a 16-inch drain pipe and filters runoff as it flows through. The oil-absorbing filter media grabs oil, grease and sediment while clean water passes, so petroleum never reaches the storm system. It needs no power and no upkeep: just push it into the pipe opening.
Use it at parking lots, fueling areas, vehicle maintenance shops and industrial yards that drain through pipes. It helps facilities keep up with EPA NPDES stormwater permits and SPCC plans. The filter media is made from recycled synthetic fibers.
