Shipping & Returns

Orders Shipped in 24 Hours We are located in Southern California and we try to ship all orders received during regular business hours within 24 hours. Most orders take from 2 to 7 working days from date of order. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands can take longer.  We ship economy ground using Fedex, Fedex Smartpost, USPS or UPS.  Many of our products are in oversize cartons.

Free Shipping 48 Contiguous States – There is no additional shipping charge and no minimum purchase

Canada Contact us through the site Contact Us link at the top of the site or (800)869-9633 during regular business hours (M-F 9AM-4PM PST) for shipping rates. . All shipments are via UPS Ground or USPS (our discretion). Your purchase may incur additional costs such as custom duties, additional UPS charges or Canadian taxes. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.

International Shipping - On all international orders we require a wire transfer for the order and for the customer to arrange shipping. Please use the contact form on this site to contact concerning purchasing products to be shipped internationally.

A note about overnight shipping.
We can generally ship products overnight and would be happy to calculate the costs for you. Please contact us through the site or toll free at (800)869-9633.

Please note that overnight shipping can be in the hundreds of dollars because many of our products ship oversize.  99% of our customers who request a cost for overnight shipping decide on the regular ground shipping service because of the costs.

Returns/Refunds
We have been in business since 1985 and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We are always available to answer any questions about our products.

Please contact support@cleanupstuff.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and shipping details prior to returning any item. We may not responsible for shipping costs.  All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If any merchandise is damaged during shipping, please take photos and notify the carrier if they are on site. Also contact us immediately and we will help to take care of it.

If you receive any product that has a manufacture defect,  please contact us immediately at support@cleanupstuff.com or (800)869-9633. Please email photos of the defect if possible so we can immediately send you a replacement. There is no shipping cost to you. We will replace it immediately Custom orders are not returnable unless there is a manufacture defect.
