Ordering Information

Your security and is extremely important to us. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We use the latest, state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology on our servers which is the safest encryption currently available.

Scans of our setup are done by Liquidweb at regular intervals to ensure our ongoing compliance with evolving security standards. Advanced scanning tools are also used to determine that our site and servers are safe from hackers, viruses and other vulnerabilities.

When using our shopping cart you can always modify or cancel your order at anytime, even after ordering. Your credit cart is NOT processed at the time of the order.  A customer service representative will carefully review your order before processing. Orders are processed with in 24 hours except on weekends or holidays.

Setting up and Account with us

To set up an account, Please complete the Credit Application (PDF Format, Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed). Click on link to open CREDIT APPLICATION. If your company has a standard credit information sheet that is also acceptable.  Please fax a completed application along with your signed Purchase Order to (909) 591-2350. International Orders

Orders and inquires outside of the United States are welcome. We have hundreds of international customers. Please email your inquires using our contact form by clicking "Contact Us" at the top  of this page. We require wire transfers and customer pick up for exporting on all international orders.

Returns

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase. Please contact us by clicking the "Contact Us" form at the top of this page for a Return Merchandise Authorization # and shipping details prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping cost. All returns must have an RMA number issued by PCI Products Company
